The space The flat is located in the historic centre of Vicenza, in the heart of the city of Palladio. It is located on the fourth and last floor of a 1960s building. There is NO lift and to access the flat it is necessary to climb the flights of stairs to the fourth floor. The flat of about 100 square metres, to which are added about 30 square metres of terrace, is composed of: a sleeping area, complete with: - Master bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, bedside tables and workstation with desk; - Large walk-in wardrobe; - A second bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm each), which can be joined if necessary (we ask you to confirm BEFORE check-in whether you prefer a double bed or the two singles), wardrobe, bedside tables and workstation with desk; and a living area, consisting of: - Bathroom: windowed, complete with large walk-in shower and bidet; - Living room: with comfortable sofa and armchair, dining table with 6 chairs, Smart-TV from which you can access your Prime, NowTV, Netflix, etc. accounts; - Kitchen: complete with refrigerator, cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils; - Terrace/balcony: private and equipped with outdoor furniture, it also houses the laundry room (covered).
