You will have access to: • Complex pool • Green Space down by the lake • Boat dock Guest access There is lots to do in our Cove and Community • Breakwater Grill • Walden Community pool connected to Breakwater Grill. You can order food and drinks pool side • Walden Yacht Club which offers fine dining (casual dress) and an amazing Sunday brunch • At the Marina, Einstein’s Ship Store rents boats, kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boats • The cove is calm and a no wake zone so perfect for enjoying kayaking and paddle boarding on • There is a playground too • Our community center offers a workout room, tennis, pickle ball and an indoor heated lap pool. • You will find a public golf course at Margaritaville (3 minutes away) Other things to note For your getaway, our cove offers so much! Although you can go everywhere by foot, driving is also an option. For each visitor, we provide two parking passes. RENTAL AGREEMENT: A rental agreement will be sent in your booking message. Please follow the instructions and agree to our rental agreement to confirm your booking. If you do not agree with our rental agreement you may cancel your reservation within the first 48 hours after booking.
