Cozy Yellowstone Ranch Cabin #2

Stay at a cozy cabin located on a working ranch, only 26 miles from the east entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Enjoy spectacular mountain views and wildlife while you drink a cup of coffee or read a book on the patio, make smore's over the firepit, interact with the ranch horses (including new baby foals), or hang out in the lodge (the kitchen, living room, and bar area are all common space). Whether you want to relax or explore, our cabin has exactly what you need! The space This studio cabin has one full bed and twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 total), your own clean private bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a mini fridge, mini coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea/hot cocoa, complimentary snacks, firewood stacked outside the front door, and a shared fire pit area just outside the cabin. The shared lodge space is accessible with the exception of private bedrooms. This includes access to: a full sized kitchen with dishes/pots/pans/etc., a dining table that seats 10 people, a living room with a wood burning fireplace & tv, a bar/game lounge area with another tv, and the outdoor patio with an outdoor dining area. If you need to dispose of any trash during your stay, the trash cans are located in the brown enclosed shed area directly behind the cabins. Please make sure it is securely latched closed after you dispose of your trash. Guest access You have full access to all areas of the ranch and shared lodge space. The only off limits area are the private bedrooms in the lodge. Other things to note We are located on Double R Ranch: Along with the Double R Ranch sign at the entrance, there is a green sign that says Moriah Rd. When entering the ranch take your first left (there is a smaller sign on the pump house that says Double R Ranch at the turn), past the RV spot and the main lodge are the two Airbnb Cabins (one dark brown building). Cabin #2 is on the left side closest to the main lodge, you have your own parking just to the left of your cabin. Enjoy any of the complimentary snacks in your cabin, but please leave the basket and smore's supplies (jar and extension fork) for the next guests. Firewood has been provided and placed next to the fire pit. PLEASE ONLY TAKE WHAT YOU NEED and leave the rest for the next guests! This goes for snacks, toiletries, provided dog supplies, etc. We are a small Airbnb, not a hotel. We try to provide y’all with the best experience possible and we can’t do that if each guest is cleaning us out. Thank you for understanding! We have provided maps in your room to Yellowstone National Park and Grand Tetons so you can plan your visit ahead of time if you’d like. Please leave those maps for the next guests, you will be given one when entering the park and can get extras if needed at the visitor center. For sit down dining or take out, we recommend The Wapiti Lodge, located only 1.7 miles from the ranch. If you need essentials, the red barn convenience store and gas station is located 1 mile down the road (on the way to Yellowstone). The Cody Nite Rodeo takes place every night from 6/1 to 8/31 and we are about 20 minutes away from the rodeo grounds. Make yourself at home. The main lodge is a community space and is open to all cabin guests. Feel free to use the kitchen to cook, living room and patio to relax, or the bar area to play games. There are two cats that live in the lodge that may come say hello. If you see a cattle dog running around, that's our ranch dog, Ruby Jean, and she may greet you once you arrive on the property. Please keep in mind, we are a working ranch, so while you will have your own privacy, there will also be residents of the ranch coming and going.
