Large, pine front porch with vaulted beam roof and evening lighting is all yours and has picnic table and chairs for lounging, as well as gas fire table for heat and gas grill for cooking, and some games (hook and ring toss, and cornhole). Awesome in-ground fire pit and chiminea in large front yard to enjoy the cool mountain evenings. Custom kitchenette has apartment size fridge (9 cu.ft.), small sink/counter, compact-size stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and enough utensils/dishes for 6 people. Skiing/boarding equipment can be stored outside in the new locking equipment shed. The 2 bedrooms and loft each have their own baseboard heat with separate thermostats. On the main/entry floor the kitchen/dining area has an electric fireplace with remote control heat thermostat. The bathroom has an in-wall heater across from the shower that heats the whole room quickly. Huge water heater provides more than enough for everyone. Two bedrooms each with queen beds. One of those bedrooms is accessible by walking through the bathroom. Both bedrooms have charging ports with USB and plug options. The upstairs loft is the living room and has a sofa bed (full) and futon couch/bed, as well as an additional love seat for lounging (not a bed). Baby gates for the top and bottom of staircase and bedding/linens for the loft beds can be found in the ground floor front bedroom closet. An HDMI cable is provided to connect your own computer to the TV if you wish. Folding game table and 4 additional chairs are in the corner of the loft for your use. There is no central air conditioning in the cabin (even in the summer, nights cool off for great sleeping with the windows open), but the two bedrooms each have small free-standing AC units. There are plenty of fans you can move around for your comfort. Bookings longer than 6 nights can have laundry room access during the whole stay upon request. Guest access You will have half of the driveway when I am in town, and if I'm not here, you'll have the entire double-wide driveway to use. Other things to note FOR SUMMER GUESTS: There is no central air conditioning, but the 2 downstairs bedrooms each have AC units and there are multiple floor fans. If you don’t want to use the AC, it cools off nicely at night if you open the windows and let in the fresh mountain air! FOR WINTER GUESTS: There is no central heating but each sleeping area has baseboard heating and can get toasty warm. There is a portable electric fireplace heater in the entry area that can take the chill off for the dining/kitchenette area. Bring slippers or warm socks! In the reviews you will see that nobody has complained about it being cold inside...these heaters work great!
