Beach access, just a few minutes' walk. Community pool, dock and fishing pier. Dead end street, no through traffic. Updated floors, windows, kitchen, bathrooms etc. New beds, furniture and decor. Quiet and peaceful waterfront home. The space This three story town home is an end unit. So much natural daylight flows into this home. Nine foot ceilings add to the spacious rooms. All new hurricane impact windows make a huge difference in noise reduction from outside sources. This home is spread out on 3 levels. The first floor has a full bath with walk in shower. The large open Bayfront room is set up with a queen bed in one area, and relaxing living-room in another section. Rounding out the space is a small dining area and snack station complete with fridge and coffee maker. The 2nd floor is the main living space consisting of the Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, a Full Guest bath and Guest Bedroom with Queen size bed and TV. The top floor has the washer and dryer in the spacious hallway area. The 2 bedrooms up there are both ensuites featuring King size beds, and TVs. And a bonus, they are at opposite ends of the house for privacy. The primary suite boasts water views, window seat, desk area and private balcony. This home also has a central vacuum system (in addition to other vacuums) and a brand-new water softener and hot water heater. Guest access This home has a concrete driveway that can fit 2-4 cars. Guests will have use of the garage too. It is not oversized. A small SUV or car will fit in it. Great for kayak, paddleboard etc. All lawn areas are for the entire community to enjoy. This is NOT a gated community. There is one dock reserved for guests of the community as use for day trip only. First come basis, no overnight docking. For example, you rent a pontoon boat for the day and swing by to pick up the family. Or you have friends visit for lunch via boat. Or a friend picks you up via boat for a day of fishing. This home has a keypad entry lock with code. You will also have a garage door opener. Keys to the mailbox and keys to the "back pedestrian gates". This is a private entrance to the back of Dolphin Village Shopping Center. A huge convenience! This townhome spans 3 floors. The first floor is 3 steps up from the garage. Other things to note This home is governed by HOA regulations, including 90 night minimum lease contract. All potential guests must complete an application to be approved by HOA. $50 non-refundable application fee from the HOA. Guests will mail that along with application directly to property management. This is an easy process that includes a background check. But it does require 10-14 days for process. I can arrange to have the property on hold for you during this application time frame. Once approved you can then complete the booking process. You are welcome to book the property prior to HOA approval, but realize, if for some reason your application is not approved, the booking will need to be canceIed by you.
