We love to have our morning coffee on the beach, a 1 min walk to Stuart Cove Beach, a 5 min walk to Carmel Beach, or a 3 min walk to the ocean bird sanctuary. Our home has ocean views, close to town, yet very private. We love to walk to the beach for sunset every evening. Easy access to downtown Carmel, Pebble Beach, Highway 1, Point Lobos and Big Sur. Perfect rental for AT&T Golf tournament and Concours d'Elegance. Five minute drive to downtown Carmel shopping and restaurants on Ocean Ave. The space This fully upgraded property including the kitchen and master bath is a luxury Carmel rental with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is great for family gatherings or a trip to Pebble Beach to golf! The space has 2 queen beds, each in their own bedroom with bath and a bunk bed room with 2 fulls and 2 twins and a 3rd full bathroom. The layout is an open concept kitchen/living room and loft layout so it is perfect for families that want to spend time together.  Watch the sunset from the beautiful upper deck off the master bedroom or drink your coffee in the morning or read a book on the upper deck off the upstairs loft. Cozy up in the living room near the gas fireplace, watch a movie or game on the 65" television in the main living space after a day golfing, shopping or at the beach. Full size washer and dryer in the upstairs laundry room for use during your stay. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided! Guest access You have access to the entire house and property. Other things to note We can’t wait to hand over the keys so that you can be a block from the beach for your stay! We will reach out to arrange the time you’d prefer to arrive on your check-in day. We are flexible and prioritize you. The television is a 55” or 65” tv above the fireplace in the living room. It allows you to stream Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc by logging into your account.
