The space Cook We offer a daily complementary breakfast and the housekeeper prepares it. If you need a daily cook to prepare lunch and appetizers we can organize it , her rate is $100,000 pesos per day (30 USD/day). If you need the cook to prepare dinner she charges $50 usd in total every time. Also groceries for lunch, appetizers or dinner must be provided by the guest. Past 5 am only the number of guests described in your booking can be inside the house, any (each) additional guests past 5 am will be charged $65 USD every time and we hosts (Jose & Cristina) will kindly ask the main guest to lower the amount of all the people inside the house, down to the number of guests described in the booking. Our minimum base price starts for 8 or less guests, please include the total size of the group as the price increases $65 usd per additional guest per night after 8 guests. Maximum sleeping capacity of 10 guests including floor mattresses with bases. We do accept weddings, bachelor & bachelorette parties birthday celebrations or other type of celebrations. All guests (outside and guests that sleep at the villa) must fill out a registration form with name and document number to enter the villa.
