Welcome to 12th Man Ave. This is a 4 bed, 4 bath townhome that sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Each bedroom has its own smart Tv & private bathroom. Everything needed is only minutes from this location including Texas A&M, Kyle Field, Northgate, hospitals, restaurants, grocery stores, & so much more. Thanks & Gig'em, we look forward to your stay! STR2024-000217 The space Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, each have their own private bathroom. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 Single beds & 1 with a queen & each with their own bathroom, All the rooms have blinds, black out curtains, & 55in Smart TV’s. Also downstairs we have a washer & dryer located in the hallway. The Kitchen is equipped with basic utensils that you may need on your stay. Guest access All spaces other than storage closets and attic Other things to note Backyard has a raised deck that over looks a pond, along with some seating & a charcoal grill.
