The efficiently laid out home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and small living and dining area. The patio is where you will spend all your time with the Napolean grill and the views. On the lower patio you can enjoy the brand-new hot tub, or spacious yard. There is an indoor gas fireplace, outdoor gas fire pit, and a traditional wood fire pit in the yard. Firewood and propane are provided. This home offers Starlink Wi-Fi. There are TVs in each bedroom and one in the living room. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has a full bed. 4 Person Maximum - See Below * This entire house is upstairs. Mobility is necessary to access this home. 2 Bedrooms, One Queen Bed, One Full/Double Bed 2 Bathrooms with Shower only Full Kitchen - Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Sink, Dishwasher, Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay. To ensure safety and security, video cameras are installed on the exterior of the premises. These cameras monitor areas that could be accessed by the public. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out with questions. Guest access You will receive the gate code and lock box code on the morning of your arrival day. There is limited phone service in the area, we recommend taking photos of your arrival information to have access to the information upon your arrival. Other things to note As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances.  Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling. *Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video).  Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying us will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property.  If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, we will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night.  Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.
