Guests have free access to the pool, tennis and pickleball The space Two level townhome with 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Sleeps 7 - 8 comfortably. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, wood burning fireplace and deck with spectacular views of the sunset. There is excellent wifi throughout. Within the living room there is a 55" smart TV with a Bluetooth sound bar and a DVD/bluRay player. The main upstairs bedroom has a TV with basic cable as well as NETFLIX, etc. The large bedroom downstairs has a TV with AppleTV attached. There is a full washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Our home is located up 3 flights of steps from the parking lot. There is also a long, gradual sloping walkway near the entrance of our complex for access without climbing stairs. Guest access In season, guests have full access to the pool, tennis/pickleball courts, playground and walking trails. Other things to note With every week that is rented, you will get the next (consecutive) week free. Feel free to use some or all of the second week as your schedule allows!
