The Compass - Entire House Near TSU

A newly remodeled 1940s house with lots of charm and modern comfort. The "Compass House" is the luxury of The Compass North and The Compass South opened up to create one large house. The house is decorated with a unique travel theme. The space boasts of 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen complete with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, pots, pans and other kitchen essentials, coffee maker, some snacks, washer & dryer, TV, and fast internet. The space The Compass House has 2 entrances that are operated by a keypad. Each door can have the same access code to avoid confusion. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway and extra parking on the street. I love to decorate and redecorate so the decor in the pictures may not be 100% accurate but the amenities are the same. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors. A few of them are hard working folks that drive diesel trucks or motorcycles. There is a train that runs diagonally through town, sometimes in the middle of the night. We provide a box fan for white noise to help drown out the sounds. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and parking on the street. The Compass is located in one of the original neighborhoods in Stephenville. Other things to note *Please read carefully about how the house is set up. *3rd party bookings need to be approved before booking, please *Owners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for the loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. *Please keep all doors locked when not on the property. *There will be a $350 fee added if determined that smoking or vaping happened in the house. *There will be a $350 fee added if discovered that guests brought their animals inside the house. *No parties or events. *No drugs. *We ask that guests be considerate of their noise to both our neighbors and our friends in the neighborhood. *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am *For stays lasting more than 7 days, we require a cleaning every week for the same price as the current cleaning fee.
