Stylish Studio Apt in Kadikoy

The space Hello! Deniz is here, and my apartment is in Kadıköy, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is situated on a great location which is very central (very close to all kinds of public transportation) and at the same time quiet and peaceful. This is a boutique hotel business. There are 10 apartments in our building and we do our best to make you feel at home. Kadıköy is the best and the most central part of Istanbul on Asian side. Besides being a favorable accommodation spot for visitors, it also gives you the chance to experience local life more than anywhere else in Istanbul. It's very lively even at night with lots of cool bars and cafes. It has also became one of the hippest spots in the city with newly opened coffee shops, pubs and handmade craft stores. My house is very close to every kind of public transportation. Ferry ports (which you can use to go Karaköy, Eminönü, Kabataş and Beşiktaş) bus stations (that have buses for many destinations) and metro station (for travelling on Asian side) are just 4-5 minutes walking distance away from my home. Plus there are yellow minbuses (which we call “dolmuş”) that run 7/24 between Taksim and Kadıköy and it's also 3 minutes away from the house. My apartment is close to “Kadıköy Çarşı” that is a long street for shopping so markets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. Famous bar street of Kadıköy, "Barlar Sokağı", where there are many bars and cafes is only 5 minutes away by walking. It's pretty lively especially during the weekends. But also on weekdays it's still lively, even at night. "Moda" is a great neighborhood to discover if you decide to stay with us. It is a couple of streets away from our apartment. Moda coast is really nice for taking a walk during the day or even in the evening. The area is lively as there are many restaurants, bars, markets and shops to discover, too. My apartment is spacious and bright. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful in the evening. We have a TV, unlimited connection of internet, comfortable couches, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can use all of them. You can always ask me if there is anything else you want to know about my house, the neighborhood or about your stay! Other things to note Our office will be open between 09.00am and 17.00 pm. Between these hours, our staff does the key delivery. Guests who will check-in outside of this time will use key box. For this reason, it is important that they share their check-in hours with us. We report ID information for your security. Our guests are required by law to sign an accommodation contract at the entrance. Detergent for washing machine is not provided by us. Guests who will use the washing machine must purchase the detergent themselves. Wi-Fi is shared throughout the building. There may be supplier interruptions or slowdowns. Registration Details 24935
