Beginning February 1st, 2024, we will be implementing a security deposit policy for the following: Homestay - RM 100 (per apartment) Parking Pass - RM 100 (per car if you're parking inside the building) These security deposits are intended to cover any potential damages or missing items during your stay. The deposits will be fully refunded upon the return of the house in its original condition and the parking pass. Charges will be applied for uncleanliness, any missing items such as remote controls, Wi-Fi router/modem, broken items, etc. The decision to implement these conditions stems from numerous instances where items have gone missing, and regrettably, no one has taken responsibility for them.
