NO PETS ALLOWED The space At The Lucas Lakeside Escape you will find a stunning 1600ft^2 newly renovated lakefront cottage with 4 bedrooms 3 equipped with a queen bed and one with twin trundle all having a ceiling fan, a dresser, linens and a window to hear the gentle crashing of waves on your own private beach. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery, coffee maker and coffee bar, snacks, spices and seasoning , pots and pans, oven and stove, dishwasher and ample counter space to prepare a wonderful meal. The living room is equipped with 2 couches, air conditioning,ceiling fan, a DVD player, 60+ DVDs, Amazon Fire Stick TV and has a beautiful view of the lake. The Lucas Lakeside Escape is equipped with a sunroom that also doubles as a dining room. There is 6 seater dining room table, 2 futon couches, ceiling fan and a panoramic view of the lake. The outside is where most of our guests spend most of their time. Outside you’ll find a clean private beach and a Lake with Sand bars galore. That’s not all,you’ll find a fire pit, lounging chairs, hammock, patio furniture, and beach toys available for the little ones. The lawn slopes downward until you reach the beach/seawall. It is not handicapped accessible. Other amenities include: speedy Wi-Fi, 1.5 baths, towels, beach towels, washer and dryer, large private driveway for parking, 1+ miles of continuous beach walking. There are 2 ring cameras located at front door and back door No pets Guest access Guests have access to a beautiful private beach with miles of continuous beach walking.
