Outside, you will be greeted by the warm rays of the sun on a spacious terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an irresistible 6x4 meter private chlorine pool. Enjoy unforgettable moments by the barbecue, surrounded by fruit trees and a well-tended garden. For lovers of fresh breakfast, our henhouse guarantees freshly laid eggs according to the mood of our hens. For your comfort, especially in summer, there is an outdoor bathroom with shower. Inside, you'll find a cozy dining room with satellite Tv, perfect for relaxing after a day full of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob and filter coffee maker, among others. The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds and closets. In addition, we facilitate your stay with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and for those who need to stay connected, we offer wifi connection throughout the property, even for those who work remotely. If you are traveling with your family, a crib and highchair are available upon request. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each adult.
