North Topsail Beach offers seclusion from the hustle & bustle of downtown island life, and is itself a getaway within a vacation destination. The island is truly paradise, and the colors popping from the sunset views are breathtaking. Come enjoy the expansive accommodations, the beach, the pool (seasonal*) and all the amenities that Topsail has to offer! The space This is a 4 bed, 4 bath very spacious beach house with plenty of decking to enjoy the most spectacular sunset views on the island! Enjoy dry weather entry from under the carport, and ride the elevator if you'd like from the bottom all the way to the top floor master! You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, beach themed furnishings and some custom handmade decorative pieces from the owners, ceiling fans throughout, multiple wall-mounted 4K Smart & Roku TVs (including a 75" in the large living room!) and even a dedicated desk and chair space for getting some work done on your trip if you can't completely unplug! Each bedroom features style, luxurious linens, and access to private decking to soak up the sun and enjoy those amazing views. The home also features outdoor furnishings including bistro set, dining bench and several Adirondack chairs for your outdoor comfort. A portable pack & play and high chair are also provided for the little ones :) Get ready to do as much or as little as you would like, it's time to relax & unwind on island time :) Linens and bath towels are also provided for your comfort & convenience! Bedroom configurations are as follows: -Bedroom 1: One King bed (master with ensuite bath) on its own separate floor -Bedroom 2: One King bed (master with ensuite bath) -Bedroom 3: One Queen bed -Bedroom 4: One Full bed and one Twin/Twin bunk bed Note that bedrooms # 2-4 are all on the same floor. We provide many beach items on site including chairs, umbrella, skim boards, etc. There are also multiple rental shops on the island available to meet all of your additional home & beach rental needs! (see digital guidebook sent upon booking) Elevator - Runs from ground level all the way to the top, covering all three livable floors! Extremely convenient (and rare!). Pool - The pool is shared among only 4 townhomes, and we have great neighbors! We just ask that our guests be courteous & respectful of other owners and their ability to peacefully enjoy the pool as well. *Note: The pool is seasonal, and is currently CLOSED for the 2025 season (as of 10/1/25). The pool generally opens each year in May before Memorial Day, and remains open through Sep/Oct as weather permits. Guest access Contactless check-in will be arranged through digital keyless entry door access code, WiFi login will be provided, and there is parking for 3 vehicles at the property. Nearby breakfast spots include Minervini's NY Bagel, Napoli Cafe and Salty Sistas (an excellent brunch spot), and there’s several restaurants in close proximity including Rick's sports pub, Agave Azul Mexican and Splash by the Sea (one of the best!). North Topsail Beach Town Park is also nearby, with a kayak launch, nature trails, sports areas and playground for the kids. Other things to note This home also has private deeded beach access! Just cross the road and take an easy stroll down a private pathway directly to the beach. One of the key house rules to note in advance of your booking: -Max overnight cars allowed per our HOA is 3. If you would like to request an additional vehicle, please contact the host for approval PRIOR to your stay (and please park under the house or next to the house in designated parking areas, and avoiding blocking the driveways / roadway)
