Custom main floor bath includes deep soaker tub, rain showerhead, granite countertop, dual sinks, ceramic tile, and bidet. Second floor bath includes new shower, granite counter, and bidet. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryers are provided. KITCHEN AMENITIES include stainless appliances, coffee station, stainless steel pots and pans, blender, toaster oven, crock pot, kid-friendly cups/dishes, and all the things that make cooking fun. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole house (minus a locked owner's closet), the two decks, and the acre lot of land and wood. Other things to note Our family takes personal vacations in this home. Due to severe allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you for respecting our health and safety. EV charging level 1 is available using charger in garage. A 20+ foot charging cable will easily reach to driveway or, EV vehicles only please, you may pull into the garage after using the garage door button located inside garage near the garage door. 2WD cars can easily drive to Feliz Del Monte on paved roads except in icy or snowy conditions. During these rare times, 4WD or AWD may be needed. Use caution. The driveway can fit up to 4 cars. Please never block the shared roadway or the neighbor’s drive. The house is equipped to accommodate up to 9 guests - in bed space, dining space, and lounge space. Discounts are offered for stays of a week or longer. Additional cleaning every 2 weeks is required for stays over 14 days. Entertainment for rainy days and cozy nights. Living room is stocked with: Board games; Card games; Google TV with apps; 2.1 Dolby surround system; Wii game system and games. Some of Asheville's most famous destinations are just minutes away; visit the Biltmore Estate, Omni Grove Park Inn, drive the Blue Ridge Parkway; take in beautiful vistas; find your adventure hiking, white water rafting tubing, or zip lining nearby. Downtown Asheville is only 15 minutes south. Quick note about bugs. The home is located in a rural area and although we have regularly scheduled pest control; still, nature has a way. You may come across ladybugs and various flying stingers. Please use the provided broom and insect spray if needed. No refunds will be issued for nature encounters.
