Brand new modern appointed, casual eco friendly coastal home just an 8 minute drive to the beach! A new community with safe, clean and quiet vibes. The home backs up to a eco reserve. Parking in a drive way or across the street for up to seven vehicles. All beach modern appointed interior with a relaxed vibe. A wide open single level that works for everyone. The bedroom is furnished with a super comfy queen bed, two side tables with lamps, 50 inch TV, 5G Wifi, large mirror and ample closet space. A digital door lock ensures privacy of each room and the front door. Codes are changed fequently. Full access to all the space except the other guests rooms. The garage is not air conditioned and can be very hot in the warm months. We dont recommend spending a lot of time in it. Talk about extras, we can cater small parties on site, and for special needs people there is a retired nurse available to assist if needed. Cell phone communication is 24/7. For pets there is pet watching while you are off the property. And we have done baby sitting with proper precations made for the childs health and safety. Ask and we will provide services that are in our skill sets . Safe, clean and quiet community. Many new built homes and some older homes mixed in. Local parks are walking distance with water access. Use your own vehicles or use a Lyft/Uber. Parking in driveway accomadates four vehicles plus across the street in front of the home. ****The rooms are sanitized after each guest, Especially the carpets. No one should walk around in another persons funk. And with pets there is the extra care to cleaning.***** Local Fun !! Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is one of our favorite places to watch the sunset near Dune Allen Beach nearby after diving for sand dollars. They have awesome fresh fish dishes. Stinky’s Fish camp is also nearby, and we love their Cajun flair within walking distance of public beach access. Grayton Beach State Park is also very close. The park offers paddle boarding on the lake as well as beach access. Growler Garage near Dune Allen Beach offers a selection of over forty craft beers on tap. We often get beer and walk barefoot back to the beach. Get exceptional ice cream and sweet treats at Pecan Jacks next to Growler Garage! We recommend watching sunsets over the bay at North Beach Social / Farm and Fire or the Bay restaurant. We love their pizza, whole fish, and cocktails. Local favorite with swimming access. Coffee snob? Our favorite is Black Bear cafe, amazing breakfast and bread, pastries, restaurant, and bar near Grayton Beach. We work there from our laptops and absolutely love it.
