Large contemporary home in the countryside

This house is our main home where life is good and which we share in our absences. It accommodates up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children or 9 adults). It is a large contemporary 180 m² house with 5 bedrooms with garden, terrace and swimming pool. It has all the comforts and is air-conditioned. It is located at the exit of the village of Laplume with amenities nearby. It is 8 km from Waligator/Aqualand, 15 km from Agen/Nérac. It's a great house for family vacations. The space It is a contemporary house with wood cladding and upstairs. It has large volumes and is composed of: On the ground floor: - An open equipped kitchen - A 70 m² living room - Private toilet - A 25 m² master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and shower room - An 18 m² playroom that can be a bedroom, equipped with a very good quality 140 x 190 sofa bed. Upstairs: - A 15 m² bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed - A 12 m² bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed - A 9 m² bedroom with a 120 x 190 bed for a teenager/adult or 2 children - A spacious with bathtub and toilet Exterior: - 100 m² terrace with garden furniture - 4.5x7.5m inground pool - 2000 m² unfenced and landscaped garden - Awning with summer kitchen - Private parking in front of the house The house is fully equipped since it's ours. You will have access to WIFI and 2 TVs equipped with Chromecast (Netflix, Prime Video). We are in a hot region in the summer, you can enjoy the pool and sunbathe on the terrace or have lunch in the shade of the awnings. The summer kitchen is at your disposal with fridge, barbecue and plancha. The house is air-conditioned and non-smoking. For winter, the house is heated by reversible air conditioning and has a contemporary wood-burning stove with very pleasant heat. Raclette, stone grill and fondue services are at your disposal as well as wood for the stove. Other things to note With us, it's country living! You will have views of the fields, the village of Laplume, the church of Cazaux and the Pyrenees. At the back of the garden we have a chicken coop composed of 5 chickens and a rooster. You can collect the eggs at your convenience in exchange for a little supervision of the water and grain. We also have a vegetable garden where you can serve yourself in tomatoes, zucchini, aromatics, etc... against a small watering if necessary in summer. Our cat lives on the property outdoors. He is very kind and will not fail to come and be petted and ask you for some kibble. As a result, no other pets are allowed. Parties and music are not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood. The sheets are provided, as well as towels and beds are made on arrival. The final cleaning is included, but the house must be returned in good condition. Shops (bakery, supermarket, gas station, tobacco/press, etc.) and services (hairdresser, institute, doctor, pharmacy, etc.) are a few hundred meters from the house and within walking distance. During the summer period, we prefer long rentals, but the minimum rental period remains 6 days for more flexibility :)
