These are 02 separated rooms located on the 3rd floor, which is well- equipment for each and you will share the hallway. This is perfect for your family/friends who still want to live together like at home with their own privacy. Furthermore, you will easily access to many places in Old Quarter just by walking. Let come and experience to get a good stay in Hanoi The space This is a combine of 2 rooms, which is 301 and 302 located on the 3rd floor of a building without lift. You guys will have the 3rd floor by your own, no sharing. Room 301 is a big one, which is 30m2 with a lovely balcony, projector, kitchen, 1 bed and 1 sofa bed near the big windown, and of course lot of natural light. While room 302 is a smaller one, which is about 20m2, which just offer you a simple amenities such as projector, working table, and private bathroom. The house has 5 floors, the first floor will be a different business model so you don't need to be shy when going in and out. From 2nd floor up, all rooms are homestay themselves so everybody come and goes frequently. During your stay We are not there 24/7 but you can contact me anytime. I'm always happy to support. NOISE: Located on the main road of Hanoi, a busy and chaotic Hanoi the Room 301 might be affected by the noise and horns from the street. If you are a light sleeper, have difficulty sleep you should consider this matter. Repeat, it might be noisy due to the traffic. STAIRS: Located on the 3rd floor lift, so, please fully aware about this point if you're travelling with big suitcase. ROLLING DOORS: We encourage guests to close rolling doors every time they enter/exit to ensure security for the entire house AIRPORT PICKUP: I provide airport pick up and drop off service with the fee of 18 USD for a 4 seat car and 20 USD for a 7 seat car. I will send you a payment request via Airbnb so that you don't have to worry about exchanging money on your arrival. TOUR SERVICES: Beside of airport transfer, I also provide tour service to all famous destination of Viet Nam such as Ha Long, Sapa, Ninh Binh... If you would like to book any tour, just let me know so that I could give you the best advice. LAUNDRY: We have the shared washing machine (no dry function). You can use it freely in your own. We also can support you with the laundry service. the pick up and delivery will be processed within 24hrs. For any other demand, don't be hesitate to ask, I am always available for help.
