Seaside Resort - 3 Bedroom - Assignment 1

The standard units are located on the lower floors of the 8-story building and may offer limited views. These condos are approximately 1050 square feet and are limited to 8 guests. They feature a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, and balcony. Each is furnished with a king bed, queen, two twins, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. The twin bed may be combined to form a queen size bed if requested. Other things to note The resort requires a photo ID and credit/debit card deposit to check in. This deposit is refundable upon guest departure if the condo has not been neglected/damaged during the guest stay. The guest name on the reservation must be the person checking in. Changing a guest name on a booking comes with a fee of $130. This fee is subject to change. Wifi is available for a fee. There is parking available in the parking garage for 2 vehicles. All vehicles must be under 7 ft to fit into the parking garage. Parking on the street is not permitted. Guests Occupancy - The maximum number of guests cannot be exceeded, this includes visitors stopping by, children and infants count toward total occupancy as well. The maximum occupancy of this condo is 8 people.
