In this case, access to the property will only be possible by prior agreement with the guests and limited to the time strictly necessary to perform the operations. • The villa is equipped with an air conditioning system. We kindly ask you to use it responsibly, turning off the air conditioners when you leave the villa and avoiding keeping them running unnecessarily for long periods, respecting the environment and energy consumption. • Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID, as required by Italian law for the registration of guests. • The Municipality of Sanfrè applies an accommodation tax of €1.50 per person per night, to be paid at the time of check-in.
