FYI there is a no cancellation policy for Derby, Thunder, LTL & Bourbon concerts. The space First Floor Rooms: Living Room - Small sitting area with a small loveseat that makes a pretty comfortable pull out bed with no springs. Kitchen - Spacious Kitchen with new appliances. Breakfast Room - Large farm table that seats eight and bar top that seats four. Bedroom 1 - Large bedroom with a king size bed and a small loveseat sofa bed. Bedroom 2 - Small bedroom with a full bed. Bathroom 1 - Nice sized bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. Second Floor Rooms: Bedroom 3 - Large bedroom with two full beds, a small loveseat sofa bed and a large walk-in closet. Bar Area - Bar area off of Bedroom 3 Bedroom 4 - Nice sized bedroom with a queen bed. Bathroom 2 - Nice sized bathroom with unique design features. Bedroom 5 - Medium sized bedroom with two full beds and an on-suite bathroom (bathroom 3). Bathroom 3 - Small nicely styled bathroom. Outside: Covered Front Porch - With two wood gliders.
