Downstairs you will enjoy a spacious living and dining room with kitchen, another bedroom with a sofa bed, bathroom and a separate toilet. The house is ideal for 6 people but also comfortable for up to 8 persons altogether. All rooms are air conditioned in the summer and heated in winter time by modern wall, ceiling and floor cooling and heating system allowing for ideal temperature all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a huge fridge&freezer, wine cooler, microwave, electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, wafel baker, etc. You can enjoy the fresh air on the two spacious terraces on both sides of the house and a 540m2 garden with garden grill and fire place as well as swing, badminton, garden tennis and table tennis rockets, etc. Parking is possible in the garden or in front of the house for up to 3 cars. The Balaton shore is within a one-minute walking distance, offering a free beach while the town beach (pay beach) and the city centre is also only a 5-10 minute walk away with several places to eat and drink, playgrounds, a small aquapark and supermarkets like Lidl and Spar. Tennis courts are available nearby (also with training for kids and adults as well as summer camps). The Fonyód harbor offers plenty of boat excursions to Badacsony, Szigliget, etc. You may also want to go and try one of the plenty leisure facilities available near Fonyód: like Boglár Bobsleigh and Adventure Park (10 min drive), Rádpuszta Horse Park, Siófok, Csiszta-Puszta Bath (30 min drive), Zalakaros Bath and Aquapark, Ladybird Leisure Center – Katica Tanya, Keszthely Castle (1 hour drive).
