We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to welcoming you! ✱ HOUSE RULES To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines: - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Sign a Rental Agreement upon booking - Provide a valid Government Photo ID - No smoking - No events, parties, or large gatherings - The maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced. Exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fine per person, per night - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and eviction - This property is equipped with exterior security cameras (video and audio monitoring), including 2 facing the driveway and 1 on the back patio facing outward *** Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and unauthorized vehicles. Non-compliance with the House Rules will result in a minimum of $500 fine and eviction without a refund. Thank you for your understanding! * PET POLICY * Any unapproved pets will incur a charge of $500. We're only able to accommodate dogs at this time, no other animals. - A pet fee of $75 will apply per pet, per stay.
