The apartment is located in a two-family Historic home situated in Asylum Hills in Hartford. This beautiful historic house was constructed in the year 1880 and used to be uninhabitable until about few years ago when it went through an extensive renovation inside and out. This property is close to many of the top attractions in Hartford such as the Mark Twain House & Museum, Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Arts, Hartford Stage, Connecticut State Capitol, Dunkin’ Park, and more. The space This 3-bedrooms apartment is located on the third floor of the house and contains about 1,400 square feet of living space. It has 3-spacious bedrooms, a closet in each bedroom, and 2 queen beds, 1 full bed for a total of 3 beds, and a black sofa bed which can be set up as a sleeping bed, and a folding guest bed with steel frame (for an overall total of 5 beds). In addition, it contains a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, a closet, and a pantry room. Moreover, this fully equipped and furnished unit is ready to go with: -Central air conditioning -Free on-site parking -Fast Wi-Fi and a 65” smart TV that will allow you to access all major streaming apps. -Full kitchen, dishes & cookware, a refrigerator, microwave, blender, dish washing machine, and a coffee maker. -A Modern Smart Thermostat which can be controlled via my phone. -Private full bathroom that also includes hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, Q-tips, cotton balls, disposable shower caps, shaving creams, lotions, toothpastes, toothbrushes, dental floss, mouth wash, deodorant, and much more. -iron and Iron table. -Keyless locks for your conveniences. Note: the apartment current does not have a washer and dryer machine, but with proper notice/planning, I can let you use the ones located on the 1st floor of the house. Guest access - Every part of the space is available to guests. Other things to note. Additional rules: - No pets allowed - No food in beds/sofas - No parties allowed (Non-Negotiable) - ABSOLUTELY No SMOKING of anything or drugs allowed inside the apartment. Detection of any of these conditions will result in a $500 fine and profile report. -When comparing the price of this apartment with others, take into consideration that I charge “Zero Fees**” and that the fee you will be charged is the fee you will be paying to Airbnb plus taxes. Since a maximum of six persons are allowed to be accommodated, I believe that my price is more than reasonable, especially since I do not charge any fees. Other things to note The two stairs to access the apartment are steep and have 17 and 15 steps respectively; therefore, the apartment might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Please, take a look at the pictures showing the stair from the 1st to 2nd floor and from the 2nd floor to 3rd floor before making reservation. Also, the hallways are narrows measuring about 33 inches wide.
