Haras de Pevy – PEVY The space On the mezzanine, two spacious and atypical bedrooms await you: "Le Grenier" with 4 beds of 90x200 (or a large bed of 180x200 + 2 90 x 200 beds, on request) and "Le Nid" with a 180 x 200 bed. On the half floor, you will also discover 2 other bedrooms (sleeping in 160/200) "La Prairie" and "La Rosée" . On the landing, you will have at your disposal a bathroom, a shower room and an independent toilet. For your comfort during your stay, sheets, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Two hair dryers are available The cottage is adjoining the owners house. Two cats live on the farm, Leïca and Bennie, and can enter the gite, it is their refuge. The owners also have two dogs (so barking is possible) as well as other animals such as sheep, donkeys and horses (in the meadows of the stud farm). The entrance to the vacation rental is on the 2nd floor via the exterior staircase. Right in the heart of the Marne countryside, come and discover our beautiful region, rich in cultural and culinary heritage. In the beautiful Saint Thierry massif, northwest of the department, you are 2 steps from Reims, the city of the coronations of the kings of France, and in the center of the wine-growing wealth of the Champagne farms. Calm and rest await you in this pretty 19th century building, old farmhouse of Vadiville and old stud farms, completely renovated.. You will have a large independent garden,shaded and enclosed by hedges, as well as a terrace equipped with garden furniture, umbrellas and barbecue for 10 people. You will have a spacious living room (with foosball) allowing you to eat your meals and relax in the seating area with fireplace (wood stove). The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped and user-friendly (espresso coffee machine, 2 raclette machines, a waffle and croque monsieur machine).
