House has been completely remodeled with all new floors, kitchen, and bathroom. Entire house for your use. House sits at the end of a street, NEXT TO A HIGHWAY. There is HIGHWAY NOISE, as well noise from the occasional airplane. We have installed high impact windows to help reduce the sound inside. Closing the blinds and curtains also helps, and we provide a white noise machine in each room to help mitigate the effect of the highway sounds. This is a Working-Class neighborhood in the middle of the city, not a tourist neighborhood. Guest access Parking is available on property for two cars. Additional parking is available on the street. Other things to note Supplies we provide: (ONLY STARTER SUPPLIES) Per person: 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 water bottles. Per two people: 1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. Other supplies, per visit: toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small bottle of dishwashing soap, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 garbage bags, 1 dishwashing sponge, some snacks and coffee supplies. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LAUNDRY SUPPLIES. Bedding and towels are washed with chlorine to disinfect. We leave bedding for the sofa bed and a twin air mattress along with bedding in the bedroom closets. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you’d like us to set up either one or both before your visit.
