Extra cleaning fee may apply if the property too messy and dirty after guest check out. 9. You need to aware that a $300 deposit for house rule will be needed, and please notice if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300. 10. All guests must provide a Valid Photo ID to host before check in.(Australian Drive License or Passport) 11.Please release the key safe and bring it into the apartment for safety reason.
