The space The kitchen lounge has smart TV, comfortable seating and features a wood burning stove. The main lounge features large leather settees, fireplace and wall mounted smart TV,Hi Fi with a selection of CD's, a great place to chill out, relax, play games, socialise and enjoy family time. Stairs lead off the hall to the first floor, further down the hall is the utility with larger fridge freezer, washing machine At the back of the ground floor is the main dining room with large table and plenty of seating leading to the outdoor space with seating, dining and gas BBQ. There is also a down stairs WC and shower room. First floor has main bath and shower room and 4 large bedrooms, 1 double, 2 king size, and 1 twin room. Large top floor can be used as a family room with Superking size bed, with an option for an extra guest bed on request. This has an en-suite shower room and moutain and sea views through velux windows. The property has recently been renovated and features a mix of original and modern design. Tregwylan is a town house made of local stone located in the middle of Nefyn Town, 5 minutes walk from the main beach. It has on street parking. There is a small secure outdoor space with dining, seating and BBQ facilties Guest access The property is not wheelchair friendly due to narrow side passage and steps at the front door Other things to note 1.
