Welcome to Rabbit Ridge!. This cozy private home is nestled on 16 acres. Dogs are welcome! The space Rabbit Ridge is a three bedroom two bath home that sits on 16 private wooded acres. The house is located at the end of a mile long private gravel road with easy access and plenty of parking. There is a smart tv in the living room and a smart tv in the master bedroom. The home is pet friendly! We do charge a $50 non refundable pet fee if you decide to bring your pets along. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note * There are two outdoor security cameras for protecting the property. It is only reviewed if there is an issue and is not monitored out of respect for guest privacy. *Keyless entry *There is a queen inflatable mattress available for additional guests *No smoking *Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am *Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
