House with exclusive location and private access to the beach. With a garden of 300 m2 and has a small outbuilding overlooking onto the beach. It is our family home since 1960. It consists of a ground floor and 2 floors. The city of St-Malo is 25min. drive away and Mont St-Michel just 60min. drive away. In the village are backer, patisserie, bucher, fish shop, cheese dairy, convenience store, Lancieux has also its summer market every Tuesday. The space On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room and WC. On the 1st floor: living room, kitchen and toilet. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room and toilet. On the south side is also a grill with terrasse and large table protected under a roof. Other things to note The house is very convenient in matter of accesses and offers 2 different door entrances, one at the ground floor to access the kids room (bedroom 2) and the main entrance being on the upper floor entering into the living room to access the kitchen. The garden dispatch on the south (south side) and north side (beach side) allows to rest either protected from the sun or wind by eventual windy days. The vue on the horizon and colour of the sea is every single day a wonder and remain simply amazing. Our house is rated 2 stars by the Association Gites de France Côtes d'Armor.
