Cozy Bedroom: Relax in a queen-sized bed, catch your favorite shows on the TV, and store your belongings in a spacious closet. Work Ready: A dedicated desk area with comfortable seating awaits your work sessions. Luxurious Bathroom: Indulge in a luxurious experience with quartz countertops and a rainfall shower, complete with RUSK essentials. Chic Living Area: Lounge on a plush sectional by the electric fireplace or enjoy the 70” SMART TV. Extra Sleeping Space: An additional queen bed behind a stylish room divider accommodates other guests or family. Mini Bar Kitchen: Equipped with a 2-burner stove, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig machine, and more for your culinary adventures. Entertainment Options: Enjoy a dedicated play area and poker table for endless fun. Ultra-Fast WIFI: Stay connected with lightning-fast Bell Fibe WIFI. Customizable Lighting: Adjust the colors of the individual pot lights to suit your mood using one of the two remotes provided. Outdoor Oasis: Dive into relaxation in our brand-new hot tub with a waterfall, stone firepit, ambient lights, or lounge on our chairs and gather around the table for outdoor fun (we ask that all guest please sign our waiver before using the hot tub). Convenient Parking: Enjoy two spots on our freshly asphalted driveway, with additional street parking readily available. Local Insights: Our house manual is filled with tips on nearby amenities to make you feel at home. Special Offers: Returning guests enjoy a 10% discount. IMPORTANT NOTES: * Your area is the full basement of the house, with temperature control on the main floor. We recommend bringing slippers or socks, and comfortable, warm clothing since it can get chilly at times, even in the summer. * The basement is accessable ONLY through the main entrance of the house (sorry, but bylaws have prevented us from including a separate entrance). * For safety and liability reasons, the basement door does not have a lock to ensure easy egress in case of emergencies. Homeowners retain access for emergency situations only and will always reach out to guests beforehand and only do so when guests are present, unless it is an urgent situation that requires immediate action. * A manual with instructions and recommendations is provided in your space. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the full basement apartment, excluding two storage rooms which are reserved for homeowner use and supplies for the apartment. Guests are welcome to use the backyard. *There are no laundry machines in the basement*
