The B&B La Paggeria is a stone villa dating back to 1800, surrounded by greenery and located in a small village just 9 km from the centre of Florence. The villa offers a large garden, a large fireplace, and 4 double bedrooms, each with panoramic views of the surrounding hills, Florence and Fiesole. The panoramic terraces and swimming pool offer a totally relaxing environment, ideal for a holiday full of privacy and tranquility. Breakfast and dinner can be served on the terraces, with the possibility of organising dinners on request for guests (for a fee). The bus stop is just 150 metres from the villa, allowing you to reach the centre of Florence in just 20 minutes. In addition, private parking is available inside the villa, included in the price. The space Our rooms offer a breathtaking panoramic view of Florence and Fiesole, with exposed beams and Tuscan and ethnic furnishings. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and are cleaned daily. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a panoramic view, complete with sun loungers and personal towels, as well as spacious panoramic terraces that offer an oasis of peace and relaxation. Breakfast is served on the panoramic terraces, and on request, you can enjoy a Tuscan dinner in the same evocative setting. To enrich your stay, we offer a cooking class with fresh, seasonal ingredients, available most days. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability of cooking classes and dinners. Guest access Guests can enjoy large panoramic terraces equipped with tables and sofas, ideal for relaxing and admiring the sunset. The rooftop swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and personal towels, is available for shared use with other guests and is open from 1 May to 30 September. The private car park, equipped with an automatic gate, is located inside the property to ensure comfort and safety. During the winter, breakfast is served in the lounge with fireplace, while in summer guests can enjoy it on the panoramic terraces. For those who love cooking, there is a Home restaurant inside the B&B, where dinners under the stars on the terraces are organised on request. During your stay I will always be available during your stay, and guests can contact me by email or phone. I live here with my husband and our 2 dogs, and we like to interact with people, so we are always available. We love to cook and run a Home restaurant inside the B&B, where, on request, we organise dinners for our guests served on the panoramic terraces under the stars. In addition, we offer a Tuscan cooking course, which I personally follow and organise for our guests. In the B&B, there is me, my husband and two dogs, a Labrador and a small mongrel. The dogs are very calm and used to being with people, they are companion dogs.
