The space As you enter the property, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall with a large double cupboard, perfect for coats and shoes. Moving through the first hallway, you’ll find a convenient utility room equipped with a washer, dryer, toilet, and basin. Further along is the first bedroom, featuring its own patio doors opening directly onto the garden. As you exit the hallway, the home opens into a bright and inviting open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. Flooded with natural light, this space features bi-folding doors leading to the patio, complete with outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and a swing for children. Along a second hallway, you’ll find the main bathroom and a well-furnished second bedroom. The master bedroom, located at the end of the hall, includes built-in wardrobes and a private en-suite. No smoking anywhere inside the house. Please keep noise to a reasonable level – no loud music or disruptive behavior. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. Treat the home with care and keep it tidy and respectful. Check-in and check-out times must be observed.
