The space As you enter the property, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall with a large double cupboard, perfect for coats and shoes. Moving through the first hallway, you’ll find a convenient utility room equipped with a washer, dryer, toilet, and basin. Further along is the first bedroom, featuring its own patio doors opening directly onto the garden. As you exit the hallway, the home opens into a bright and inviting open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. Flooded with natural light, this space features bi-folding doors leading to the patio, complete with outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and a swing for children. Along a second hallway, you’ll find the main bathroom and a well-furnished second bedroom. The master bedroom, located at the end of the hall, includes built-in wardrobes and a private en-suite. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property: Private driveway with onsite parking available. Access to the wrap-around garden, patio, BBQ, and outdoor seating. Use of the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. Full access to all bedrooms, including the master bedroom with en-suite. Use of the utility room with washer and dryer. Children are welcome to use the outdoor swing. Other things to note Other Details / House Rules We want all our guests to have a safe and enjoyable stay! Please follow these simple guidelines: Only Airbnb-approved guests may stay on the property (required for insurance). No parties, social events, or large gatherings. No smoking anywhere inside the house. Please keep noise to a reasonable level – no loud music or disruptive behavior. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. Treat the home with care and keep it tidy and respectful. Check-in and check-out times must be observed. Dispose of rubbish and recycling in the designated bins. ⚠️ Please note: breaching any of these rules may result in a £250 fine.
