It is a safe family neighborhood that can look untamed at times. There is a gang of chickens that belong to nobody and they roam the streets. Lots of people ride lawn mowers instead of cars and spend they days drinking sweet tea on their porches. Just a few blocks away is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city with a great nightlife and beautiful riverside parks. This is the perfect house to see both sides of Appalachia - the old school tin roof half, and that of the Appalachian renaissance.
