Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving The space This cottage type apartment has been renovated- freshly painted, new floors and completely furnished. Private outdoor spaces for our guests Guest access Separate private outdoor space within our property. Other things to note We have two dogs on our property. One a sassy but friendly rat terrier and an elderly special needs rescue. Do NOT bring a pet if he/she is aggressive towards other dogs.
