A home away from home! The space Welcome to Casa del Rincón. This is a fresh, bright and spacious home, ideal for short or longer term stays in Merida. This home features all modern conveniences including drinking water, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Excellent and reliable wifi, and a refreshing pool. Casa del Rincón is location in Merida centro. Aprox. 30 minutes walk, or a short 5 minute uber ride, from all the finest restaurants, fantastic bars, and the essential sights of Merida centro. Mérida and only about 30 minutes from the beach. For those wanting to spend the day relaxing at the beach, it’s about a 30 minute drive. Uber is readily available in Mérida and quite inexpensive. The kitchen is cozy and well-stocked for preparing meals. Purified water is provided and a fully equipped kitchen. Equipment and appliances including: a toaster, coffee machine, crockpot, pots & pans, stove, refrigerator and microwave. The living room includes a sofa with lounger and a 60” smart TV for your comfort and enjoyment, and high speed wifi for your convenience. Located in the large bathroom are a brand-new set of stackable washer/dryer unit that you may use during your stay. A single fold out bed can be provided for a third guest. Air conditioner units are located in the open concept living area and the bedroom for your comfort. The entire home can be cooled within minutes and both the living area and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans. We ask that all guest a respectful with the use of Airconditioners. Also we arrange airport transfers, tours, spa treatments, and laundry service upon request. A menu of the must sees and best restaurants in Mérida is also provided. Guest access All of our guests are welcome to the entirety of the home and have access to use anything on the property including the kitchen, pool, and any other amenities. The house is not shared with any other occupants, so you can enjoy privacy during your stay. Only the shed will be secured. Other things to note A signed short term rental agreement is required for all bookings For stays more than 7 nights, one complimentary house cleaning is done, to provide fresh sheets and towels during your stay. Pool and garden cleaning is done weekly, and water refills are provided. Alteration requests for change of dates will only be accepted 3 weeks prior to the starting date of the reservation. Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house and rooms.
