4 spacious balconies all with unique beach and lake views to enjoy the most spectacular sunrise and sunsets. Each balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy your morning coffee using our bistro seating, enjoy afternoon drinks right from the outdoors bar, get a sun-tan from our lounge chairs, or have dinner with the whole family while seeing the evening sunset. We provide everything, all you need to do is come over and enjoy endless days of fun at Casa Surfside! The space This beautiful beach house is unique! The house has an spacious living room, with comfortable dinning and living space for 10 people. Each room has a private balcony for a total of 4 extra living spaces that can be enjoyed during your stay 1st level bedroom has a California King Bed, a smart TV and his/her closets; just outside the bedroom you will find a private balcony that includes a bistro seating area to enjoy your morning coffee, this balcony also has an outdoor bar facing the sea, where you can enjoy your evening drinks while looking and hearing the waves! 1st level "main balcony" next to the living room has a large outdoor balcony which is perfect to enjoy an outdoor dinner while watching the Sunset. On the 2nd floor there are two rooms and a full bathroom Each room upstairs has a couple of queen memory foam beds, closet, smart Tv and a private balcony with High Chairs (for unobstructed viewing) also a Lounge Chair to enjoy sun bathing and spectacular views. The position of the house is so unique that each balcony has a special view where you can enjoy both sunset, sunrise, listen to the waves and enjoy the breeze. We have included lots of upgrades and additional amenities for the whole family to enjoy! Our place, which will be your place during your stay includes brand new matching Lg appliances, espresso maker, coffee grinder, (we provide coffee) top of the line blender, baking ware, hand blown glassware, handmade kitchen plates, Premium stainless cookware...etc too many things to list. (Please take your time to go over the pictures to see all included) We have a down stairs garage with is full of Watercraft, toys for both boys and girls, a picnic table and a Weber Gas Grill. We also include games and reading materials for the whole family to enjoy! We provide everything, all you need to do is come over and enjoy endless days of fun at Casa Surfside! Other things to note BBQ Grill works with propane. We do not provide the propane. We have 2 empty tanks that can be used during your stay.
