Two additional bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Bedroom #2 offers waterfront views, a King sized bed, sitting chairs, nightstands, a dresser, and a 32" Class Smart ROKU 4K HDTV. Bedroom #3 offers a front yard and farm view with two full sized beds, dresser, nightstand, and a 32" Class Smart ROKU 4K HDTV, perfect for families, kids, or friends traveling together. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with the main level living area. The fully stocked kitchen and dining room make mealtime simple, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, double oven, cooktop and seating for 8 at the table and 3 at the bar. The spacious living room is perfect for movie watching, game nights, are the simplicity of enjoying each other's company. With plenty of seating, this inviting space includes a comfortable sectional, side chairs, coffee table, side tables, and a 55" Class Smart ROKU 4K HDTV. Just off the living room and dining room, take in breath taking views and sip your morning coffee from the screened in porch, with comfortable seating for seven and a coffee table. Inside, the converted garage provides a spacious game room, complete with an oversized mini-split heat pump/Air conditioner, 55" Class Smart ROKU 4K HDTV, comfy sectional and chairs, table for games and activities, and a 12' shuffleboard table. Cable TV is provided through the DirectTV Stream app on all TVs, and high speed wifi internet has been verified at 380mpb+, ensuring that you'll never miss your favorite shows or movies. All linens and sheets are provided for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay and are 100% cotton percale. Be sure to enjoy the outdoor amenities including kayaks, paddle boards, PFDs, crabbing equipment, fishing poles, bikes, fire pit, charcoal grill and an electric pellet grill.
