This is a Duplex/house. Downstairs is another unit with another 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths if you need a bigger place that will be good to 10-12 people. You can book downstairs at the same time if it's available. Your own private entrance and back door to your patio space with BBQ grill. Washer & dryer available on site. Extra cot for 1 small adult or extra child or guest for $25 per day, per request only. Play pen for infant or toddler available with no cost. Quiet time is 8pm. This unit is upstairs so please be mindful of the noise. Guests downstairs can hear heavy footsteps, loud conversations and loud. They want to enjoy their stay too just like you. No Smoking/Vaping No Parties and No Pets allowed. Please RESPECT this home like your own during your stay. Guest access Please read the check in instruction. Free parking. Parking space available. Driveway & street parking only. Sharing parking space with the downstairs unit. Share the driveway with the other guests. Exterior Camera only, by the driveway, front & back camera only. Strictly- No Smoking please, penalty of $500 will be imposed if the house smells like smoke of any any kind. You can use the patio & umbrella but please…CLOSE it after each use. Please do not flush baby wipes unto the toilet bowl and NO excessive toilet paper, it can clogged the toilet and may cause a lot of inconvenience to you and other guests in the future.
