Guest access Smart Lock - so easy access to the home. Access Code will be provided to you a day before check in date. Other things to note Theatre room, its not a smart TV but it has chrome attached to it that you can use if you have your own Stan, Netflix account. Pets maybe considered upon request only. Additional fees applies of $500 for deep cleaning and flea fumigation payable before check in. Longer Stay: Please note that any stays longer than 14 nights will incur an extra charge for cleaning. The normal cleaning fees only applies for 13 nights and below. A money request will be sent to you after your stay if the normal cleaning time cannot be met to bring it up to the booking platform standard cleanliness policy.
