We look forward to hosting you in our cozy home for a relaxing stay for the whole family. You are less than a 5-minute walk to the city center of Cournonterral, 15 minutes to Montpellier, 20 minutes to the Balaruc/Sète thermal baths and 15 minutes to the beautiful beach of Les Aresquiers by car. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and a large living room/kitchen of 50 m2. The exterior overlooks a shaded terrace with a pleasant green area and a large swimming pool that feels good. The space It is a single-storey house with 3 double bedrooms and one bedroom with a queen size bed. You have the option to add a fifth double bed by unfolding the sofa bed in the living room (to be confirmed by written or oral request). You have two bathrooms (one large and one small) and a large living room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, gas stove, dishwasher etc. The exterior offers a beautiful terrace with a dining area, barbecue/plancha and a chill area under the feijoa near the pool. Regarding the pool, the pool barriers will be installed for your arrival. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, independent entrance from the front. No worries about parking (free) with the possibility of parking two vehicles in the square just in front of the house and other possibilities just behind. Other things to note Sheets are provided.
