Calm - Private Room | Close to Airport and PLC

This is a bedroom on the lower level (basement) of my house. You will have access to common areas and a bathroom that is *shared* with two other rooms. I live in a super quiet suburban neighbourhood. I raise my kids here because it's quiet, safe, and has lots of schools. This is just to give you an idea of the type of vibe it is! The space This private room is ideal for individuals seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay. The room has a double bed. The room also includes a desk and chair, providing a convenient workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay. Whether you're a freelancer, student, or simply need to catch up on some work, our room has got you covered. Our Airbnb room is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, providing a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guest access You can use the living room (main floor), kitchen (main floor), and lower-level bathroom. During your stay I work and am a single mother, so I am pretty busy. I'm only available in person some evenings, but I will respond quickly! Other things to note This is a pretty self-serve stay. You’ll be responsible for cleaning up after yourself as other guests are in the home. Common areas are cleaned when a new guest checks in. I cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts. There are no exceptions because I need time to clean, and I have a job and kids :)) There is a bus stop ~1 to 2 minutes walk away and a full grocery store in the next community over. There is a small grocery store about 2 blocks away that you can walk to, but it has limited items. If you want to take the bus, Superstore is about 10 minutes away, and WalMart is 15/20 minutes away. By car, Superstore is a 7-minute drive, but a smaller Co-op is a 2-minute drive away. University of Calgary: 18 - 40 minute drive || 1hr 1 minute bus ride Airport: $35 Uber - 18 - 35 minute drive || 1hr 8 minute bus ride Downtown: 16 - 30 minute drive || 60-minute bus ride MRU: 22 - 35 minute drive || 1hr 13 minute bus ride SAIT: 16 - 35 minute drive || 50-minute bus ride The house is in a suburb, it is very quiet and there is no nightlife nearby.
