Family friendly stylish summerhouse

Newly renovated, classic, cozy and stylish summerhouse only 1 hour from Copenhagen. Situated on a beautiful island with over 50 seven-min ferry passings per day. Great for a restful break for families with kids. The house is just a 2 minute walk from the water, surrounded by walking paths, and just a short car or bicycle ride from all the sites and activities the island has to offer. It has 3 patios, so you are sure to find a spot in the sun while the kids play in the garden. The space The house is newly renovated in a classic summerhouse style, but with a lot of big windows to bring the outside in. It has a huge combined living and dining area with comfortable couches and a large dining table. The kitchen has an oak countertop and is fully equipped. The main house has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 200x200 bed and direct access to the patio with the sunrise. Bedroom 2 also had a patio access with beautiful sunrise, and a 160x200 bed. Bedroom 3 has a 70x190 bunk bed, and also functions as the playroom. It has plenty of toys for kids (2-6years old). Bedroom 4 is located in the 18m2 annex and is furnished with a 180x200 bed and lounge chairs you can bring out on the patio to enjoy the sun. The bathroom is located in the main house, and has tiled floors and a rain shower. Other things to note This is our private summerhouse, and not a rental Property, so please be aware that it contains our personal stuff, and a risk of unfinished DYI projects 😉
