Ideal for small families, couples, or friends who want a place to unwind as much as they want to visit Bangkok’s attractions. The space Designed to maximize natural light, the space feels bright from every angle. All rooms — including the main living area — are fully air-conditioned, so you’ll stay comfortable throughout your stay. Generous common areas and garden spaces were intentionally planned so guests can relax, gather, and interact however they prefer. Total beds: 2 King Beds (Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2) 1 Single bed (Bedroom 3) 2 Extra single bed in Bedroom 1 and 3 if booked with 6 or 7 guests. Bathrooms: The master bedroom has connected bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 share another bathroom. There is another restroom in the living room. Guest access The guests have access to the whole house. Enjoy the gardens, the living room, bedroom and more! Other things to note We would like to ask you to do only light cooking or delivery, to keep the food smell at a low level. (microwave, dryer). And please clean up after your stay. Please follow our House Rules: • Smoking in outdoor areas only. • Please turn off the Air conditioner in rooms that you don’t use to help save the planet (and more importantly our electricity bill ;p) • No shoes in the house, please. • Reduced noise hours: 22:00 - 7:00 (especially outside) • Please Clean up all cooking items after your cooking. • Please don’t forget to close the gate and lock the doors when you leave the house. • Only park in front of our house, not in other’s places.
