In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Enjoy !! The space This beautiful property is part of a large 2 acre secluded plot, with the main house situated a fair distance away. Access is via a private automated gated entrance. Situated in the heart of the countryside, the property has absolutely everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other than food and clothes we really can't think of anything whatsoever that you could possibly need to bring with you. Guest access Electric Gate Access code ( 4 x digits ) will be provided upon receiving your booking. There is a digital keypad on both the outside and inside of the gates, to assist with your arrival and departure from the property. The gates will close automatically after a minute or so. Other things to note The Annexe also offers two fully electric Vellux windows, complete with automated blinds. One is situated in the kitchen/lounge area and the other is in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms and lounge area are fitted out with a Freeview, HD TV, comprising three televisions in total.
