Located right on the boardwalk, offering stunning views of the ocean, the boardwalk, pier, and pool, including enclosed HEATED Pools in the winter! Take in the breathtaking scenery from your private balcony while enjoying coffee or watching the sunset. Age restrictions apply, see our house rules. The space This Pink Vibe modern studio with a sweet grass wall with neon lighting can accommodate up to 4 guests with 2 luxurious queen beds. The condo is fully equipped with a full-sized kitchen, full-sized appliances, HDTV, along with a small table for you to enjoy your meals. Plus, stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. On property, parking is available and included. 1-Bedroom Suites and Smaller will receive 1 Parking spot at check-in. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub. Guests DO NOT have access to the business center, on-site washer/dryers, the gym or the café on the lobby level. Other things to note All suites managed by StayMareni have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Free onsite parking (also you can park right outside your door). Limit one parking pass per unit. INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Complimentary, one-time arrangement of k-cups, popcorn, and cookies (more can be requested for a small fee) Complimentary High-Speed Internet/WiFi Basic starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper rolls and a paper towel roll. Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion) Dish Soap Hair Dryer / Iron / Ironing Board Bath towels (4 per each bathroom) - we're not a hotel but we will accommodate a complimentary towel change for stays longer than 4 nights and Guests can request additional towel refreshers, to be delivered during normal business hours, for a small fee. Hotel-quality linens Basic Cooking Tools / Kitchenware (cooking oils and spices not provided) NOT INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality. Non-Smoking: The Holiday Pavilion is a smoke-free / tobacco-free Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. Violators will be subject to a minimum of a $250 fine and additional cleaning costs may pertain. For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grand allow them. Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.
