The space Welcome to Nythfa, a beautifully furnished three-bedroom townhouse in the historic market town of Llanrwst. Thoughtfully designed for families, couples and small groups, it offers generous living space, luxurious bathrooms and everything you need to relax after a day exploring North Wales. The property sleeps up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms: a super king bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a king bedroom, and a twin room that can also be arranged as a super king on request. There are three bathrooms in total, including a spacious main bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, while the separate dining room provides plenty of space to enjoy meals together. Beyond the French doors, the comfortable living room features a large L-shaped sofa, a 77-inch OLED Smart TV with Netflix and a PS5, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring North Wales. The separate utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and space for drying outdoor clothing and equipment. To the rear of the property are three allocated parking spaces, including one within the rear yard. An Easee One EV charger is also available for guest use via the Monta app (additional charges apply). Additional paid parking is available nearby if required. Llanrwst's independent shops, cafés, pubs and riverside walks are all within easy walking distance, while Betws-y-Coed, Eryri (Snowdonia), Zip World, Wave Garden Spa and the North Wales coast are all within easy reach by car. Nythfa welcomes up to two dogs, which are permitted on the ground floor only. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house during their stay. Self check-in provides flexibility on arrival, with full access details shared before your stay. Three allocated parking spaces are provided to the rear of the property. Additional paid public parking is available nearby if required. Other things to note The house is arranged over three floors. The ground floor contains the kitchen, dining room, living room and utility room. The first floor has the super king bedroom with an ensuite shower room, together with the main bathroom. The second floor has two further bedrooms and an additional shower room. Bedroom 2 can be configured as either a super king or twin beds. Please let us know your preferred layout when booking so it can be prepared for your arrival. Please note that access between floors is via stairs. The rear yard provides one parking space, with two additional allocated spaces immediately beyond it. The yard is not enclosed, so it may not be suitable for guests requiring a fully secure outdoor space for dogs or young children.
