There is an electric shutter on the main window and a curtain on the front door window. The space Single-story bungalow with private garden for 2 people. Fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge and freezer, oven) The property has a double bed with a hotel-range mattress. Guest access You access the bungalow through a private entrance on the side of the main house. You will pass through a hallway and then walk along the house's terrace. The front door is located on the garden side. The parking spaces in front of the house are reserved for the house's guests; please park on the street. Other things to note Air conditioning has been in place since July 13, 2026. The outbuilding is part of a main house that is rented for short term. You're likely to meet. Parking at the entrance is dedicated to the house however parking is free on the street and surrounding streets. Depending on the schedule, school holidays and during events on the Le Mans 24h circuit, it is possible that the places located near the accommodation are occupied. However, it's easy to find a spot a few minutes away on foot (usually between 2 and 5 minutes). If you have a 2 wheel, it will be possible to park it in the parking lot of the house. A foldable cart is present in the hallway to allow you to transport your belongings or groceries from your vehicle to the bungalow. 🚲Free bikes are available to you during your stay. A bin containing the essentials for their maintenance is also available. The use of bicycles is under the full responsibility of guests. Bikes are not insured and the owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft or damage that occurred during their use. During the events of the 24h du mans circuit, you will have access to a free private parking lot which will approach you 5 minutes walk from the circuit by the entrance of the bend of the red tertre. 🍀 Family atmosphere! You may see my parents, my husband, or myself in the garden during your stay. These are our "luxury gardeners" (well… especially my parents😄) who take care of the exteriors to keep everything clean and pleasant. Rest assured, we always do what is necessary discreetly and we respect your privacy.
